Responsabilités principales:

• Participer aux processus de budgétisation, de prévision et de planification financière
• Analyser la performance financière et fournir des recommandations concrètes
• Concevoir et maintenir des modèles financiers et des tableaux de bord
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour collecter et interpréter les données
• Préparer des rapports et des présentations à destination de la direction
• Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et aux initiatives d'automatisation
• S'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique aux priorités changeantes

Qualifications:

• Diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité, économie ou domaine connexe
• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en analyse financière ou FP&A
• Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules, macros, etc.)
• Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et sous pression
• La connaissance de Workiva ou Power BI est un atout

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Workiva or Power BI is a plus.
