Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales, and experience with technology sales tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your negotiation skills and business development expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with B2B clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize sales outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in sales tools
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Background in business development, marketing support, or technical sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
