We are seeking a motivated B2C & B2B Sales Agent to grow our residential property management portfolio by acquiring leased and lease-ready properties. This role focuses on selling property management services to individual landlords, real estate investors, builders, and small portfolios.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with sales experience who wants consistent commissions, clear targets, and growth inside a scaling property management company.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2C Sales (Landlords & Individual Investors)

  • Prospect and engage residential property owners and landlords
  • Present property management services and pricing clearly and confidently
  • Close management agreements for leased and lease-up properties
  • Identify owner pain points and position solutions to increase ROI
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to drive renewals and referrals

B2B Sales (Realtors, Builders, Investors, Small Portfolios)

  • Build referral relationships with realtors, builders, and investor groups
  • Pitch bulk and portfolio property management services
  • Acquire multiple units under management through partnerships

What You'll Be Selling

  • Full-service residential property management
  • Onboarding of leased and lease-up properties
  • Rental guarantee programs (if applicable)
  • Value-added services that improve rental performance

Requirements

  • Experience in sales (B2C, B2B, real estate, or service-based sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and closing
  • Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline and CRM

Compensation & Incentives

  • Commission-based earnings of $50,000–$75,000+ per year
