I am a full time top-producing Toronto female Realtor with 10+ years of experience selling condos, houses, pre construction + building relationships I am looking to connect with an energetic and focused sales woman who is wanting to grow their business and learn from an experienced Realtor. I'd like to share my knowledge, tricks and tips to an open minded individual who is looking to GROW and succeed along the way in this male-dominated industry.

**Daily focus is**:
Conducting showings - daily/ evenings and weekends + preparing your own offers for LEASE. Must be organized and own a computer.

This position is for the female agent that is looking for an opportunity to learn, earn and grow within a structure that is growing rapidly, join a winning culture where we treat each other with respect and like family, takes initiative, is a problem-solver, and holds themselves to high standards My goal is to pass on **ALL** my rental leads (landlords and tenants) onto you and you handle them with my guidance + the proven systems we have in place.

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE WORKING RENTALS. THIS IS NOT A POSITION FOR SALES TRANSACTIONS but many of your rental clients will eventually turn into buyers We will show you how to BUILD your business from the ground up so you can have a sustainable career.

Looking for an agent to serve Etobicoke & all of Downtown Toronto.

I provide all the leads and opportunities and will show you how to market and cultivate your own sphere of influence to build your real estate career.

Expected start date: ASAP

This position is for any experience level including a new realtor looking to gain knowledge and tools for a successful real estate career Hands-on mentorship also available.

**Role & Responsibilities in the daily life of a Realtor**:

- Book & conduct showings -Draft offers -Source property information -Respond to client inquiries as needed.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M6S 1N6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M6S 1N6
