Location

  • Ontario Food Factory: 25 Sims Crescent, Unit 1, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1C9 | Monday to Friday (In-person) | Shift start time: 7:30 am / 8:30 am, weekly rotation

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for taking and processing orders, as well as maintaining a

relationship with our customers to maximize and increase frequency of sales.

  • Receive orders or adjustments by phone and email, then enter them into JustFoods ERP for processing.
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service in English and French, to existing and potential clients from the initial contact to set up accounts, to handling inquiries regarding pre- or post-sales issues. Transfer any customer escalations to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Support daily production planning and distribution of our products by generating production reports, route reports and sales invoices for appropriate department leads.
  • Contact inactive accounts to try to initiate sales once again.
  • Advise customers of changes to orders or delays in delivery due to holiday closures, weather, traffic, etc.
  • Basic administrative duties like filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience (retail or call center).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office tools.
  • Must be self-motivated, well organized, and able to multitask.
  • A college diploma is an asset.
  • Experience in the JustFood ERP system is an asset.
