Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for directly communicating with customers regularly. They will provide product/service information, fulfill order requests, resolve any emerging problems, and act as a liaison on behalf of our client with the primary objective to drive performance improvements, brand recognition, and brand loyalty. As the Customer Service Representative, you are a vital player in scaling the growth of our client and creating memorable, long-lasting impressions for the customer.
**Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities**:
- Work with customers daily to provide product and service information, address and resolve concerns, and process order request, enquiries, and escalations.
- Document all customer activities, resolutions, requests, and complaints
- Meet with Senior Leadership to evaluate progress, set goals, and maintain a high level of performance.
- Preparing quotes, coordinate project completion timelines with customers and forecast analysis.
- Technical support and pricing management.
- Customer related purchases.
- Using excel, docket, sage and ERP systems for storage and processing of data.
- Inventory tracking and creation and release of product serial numbers.
- Assisting with logistics when required.
**Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills**:
- At least 1-2 years of proven Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Experience.
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Possess a confident attitude and strong communication and presentation skills
- Empathetic demeanor and passion for working and helping people in an individual or team setting
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
