Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and assisting customers with their orders in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Live within 15-20 minutes of our restaurant, OR have your own reliable vehicle.
  • Available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
  • 5–6 hrs/shift | 15 hrs/week to start
  • Work closing shifts until 12 AM (weekdays) & 5 AM (weekends)
  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
  • Basic understanding of sanitation practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Kitchen experience or serving background is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and quickly
  • Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
  • Support upselling efforts by suggesting additional menu items to enhance customer experience
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order completion
  • Follow all safety protocols related to food industry standards and kitchen operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$29.87 per hour
