The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving the technological and operational systems that support Freshslice Pizza's head office and franchise locations. This role ensures that all Freshslice systems including POS, SharePoint, Third party delivery apps, Freshslice app and operational tools that are efficient, reliable, and scalable as we expand across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all operational systems including POS, inventory reports, scheduling, and reporting tools.
- Implement system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues promptly and liaise with vendors or IT specialists when needed.
- Develop training materials and provide support to franchise owners and team members on system usage.
- Analyze system data and generate reports to help guide business decisions.
- Work closely with the executive team to identify system needs for scaling and growth initiatives.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and proper backup protocols across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in systems management, IT coordination, or operations management.
- Advance Excel skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, SharePoint platforms, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in a multi-location retail or franchise environment is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
