**Requirements**:
**- Able to commute to and from the store within 30 minutes (2838 E. Hastings Street, Vancouver)**

**- Can work closing shifts (until 12AM on weekday, until 5AM on weekends).**

**- AVAILABLE on Sunday-Thursday**

**- Ability to be on-call and can work when needed.**
- Work under pressure during lunch & dinner rush making pizzas and order management and processing.
- Full commitment to Freshslice quality, standards and guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid work ethic and accountability.
- Strong drive to lead and take ownership of store operations.
- Work full-time, 40 hours a week with full schedule flexibility to work all shifts.
- Very positive can-do attitude with a growth mindset
- Interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers and team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- At all times, provide excellent guest journey and customer experience.
- Adhering to and executing Freshslice standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Training, development, supervision and periodic evaluation of team members. Provide leadership and motivation to team members to achieve SMART goals.
- Assist in developing, adjusting and monitoring marketing and promotional campaigns of the store in the local area and community to drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Help managing cost of labour, food, paper and chemicals in adherence to Freshslice guidelines.
- Managing inventorying including ordering, stocking and adhering to FIFO guidelines.
- Prioritize the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, restroom, and food preparation areas.
- Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour

- Freshslice 3+ Star PH Level: 1 year (preferred)
- Shift Runner at Freshslice: 1 year (preferred)
