Job Overview:

TNC Immigration is the leading immigration consulting company in the Lower Mainland. Currently, TNC is looking to hire RCIC on full-time and permanent basis.

Join our team as an Immigration Consultant and play a vital role in assisting individuals with their immigration needs. As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients navigating the complex immigration process.

Salary starting from $45,000 per year plus bonuses

Duties:

- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application statuses.

- Stay up-to-date on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in client representation.

- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and offer support throughout the immigration process.

-Getting detailed information from the clients and providing adequate consultations.

-Prepare initial consultation and service agreements, maintaining database and meeting the targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Ability to computerize information accurately using various software applications.
  • Familiarity with records management
  • Excellent written communication skills for drafting professional correspondence and reports.
  • Knowledge of databases for storing and retrieving client information efficiently.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.
