Project Manager – NDE Projects

Are you an experienced project manager with a strong background in Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) or industrial inspection services? Do you excel at coordinating technicians, managing complex client scopes, and delivering inspection projects safely, efficiently, and on budget?
We are seeking a Project Manager for NDE Operations to lead inspection projects across heavy industry, energy, fabrication, and field service environments. In this role, you will oversee planning, execution, resource management, and client communication for NDE projects ranging from routine inspections to major shutdown campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans for NDE scopes (UT, MT, PT, RT, PAUT, ET, advanced techniques)
- Build and manage inspection schedules aligned with deadlines and requirements
- Coordinate NDE technicians, equipment, and resources
- Track project budgets, cost controls, and productivity
- Lead client meetings and provide technical guidance
- Support safe, compliant site execution
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain documentation and reporting
- Lead project closeout, cost summaries, and lessons learned
Qualifications:
- Experience leading NDE or industrial inspection projects
- Understanding of NDE methods and applicable codes (API, ASME, CSA, ASTM)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Effective communicator for clients and teams
- Demonstrated problem-solving under pressure
- Leadership focused on safety and quality
