We're Hiring: Heavy Duty Mechanic

We're looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic to keep our landscaping, excavation, and construction equipment running at peak performance. If you're hands-on, safety-minded, and take pride in precision work, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Rebuild engines, transmissions, and major components
  • Work in both shop and field settings
  • Inspect, test, and document equipment performance
  • Track repairs, parts, and maintenance records
  • Support operators and help manage inventory and parts ordering

What We're Looking For:

  • Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification (preferred) or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of heavy-equipment repair experience (landscaping or construction an asset)
  • Valid Class 5 license (Class 1 or 3 with Air Endorsement a plus)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
  • Flexible for evenings, weekends, or on-call work
  • Organized, reliable, and safety-focused
