Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team as a New Patient Advocate. This role combines sales and patient engagement, helping prospective patients understand the benefits of chiropractic care and guiding them through their first steps toward wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new patients, creating a positive and professional experience.
  • Educate prospective patients on chiropractic care and present care plans. Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and long-term patients.
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Track leads and patient interactions using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly new patient acquisition goals.
  • KPI reporting, scheduling and other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare (preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about health and wellness.
  • Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $2,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
