The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation).

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Votre contribution :

  • Relevant de la superviseure générale ressources humaines - opération, vous travaillez au sein de l'équipe des ressources humaines et en collaboration avec les autres membres de la division. Vous participez aux activités qui touchent la gestion des ressources humaines, la dotation et les relations de travail.

  • Extraire, structurer et valider les données des systèmes RH, assurer leur exactitude avant diffusion et concevoir des fichiers Excel complexes adaptés aux besoins de la compagnie;

  • Participer à l'administration régionale et à l'optimisation de différents programmes et processus RH (évaluation du rendement, plan de succession et gestion du développement, régime d'achat d'action, assurance collective, régimes de retraite, emplois étudiants, bourses d'études, etc.);

  • Supporter les gestionnaires et employés dans différents dossiers RH;

  • Informer les employés et répondre à leurs questions au sujet des politiques, des avantages sociaux, des congés parentaux et apporter les changements à leur dossier (ESC dans JDE);

  • Planifier et participer à l'accueil et l'intégration des nouveaux employés (politiques d'emploi, rémunération et avantages sociaux);

  • Assurer la gestion du maintien de l'équité salariale et du programme d'Accès à l'égalité en Emploi;

  • Coordonner la rédaction et publication des notes de services Abitibi;

  • Coordonner la mise à jour des Politiques RH Abitibi et maintenir la documentation RH régionale à jour;

  • Participer à l'organisation des activités de compagnie et la distribution de cadeaux divers;

  • Supporter l'équipe de recrutement pour certaines étapes des processus de recrutement (mise à jour des descriptions de poste, avis de nomination, etc.);

  • Organiser des formations pour les employés du CSD;

  • Assurer la mise à jour des organigrammes;

  • Traiter les demandes de remboursement des employés (ordres professionnels, juridique, etc);

  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Les qualifications essentielles à votre réussite :

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou en administration option ressources humaines;
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience;
  • Posséder les connaissances informatiques nécessaires pour effectuer adéquatement son travail;
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules avancées);
  • Excellente capacité analytique et sens logique développé.
  • Rigueur, souci de précision et autonomie;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un contexte de demandes multiples;
  • Maîtriser le français et l'anglais afin d'assurer une collaboration efficace avec les autres sites d'Agnico Eagle dont la langue de travail principale est l'anglais;
  • Posséder de l'expérience en gestion de projets et/ou administration de programmes RH est un atout;
  • Être membre en règle de l'ordre des CRHA et des CRIA est un atout.

Votre horaire de travail :

  • Horaire : 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi; Possibilité d'horaire ;
  • Lieu de travail : Le poste est basé au CTMN à Val-d'Or. Possibilité de déplacements occasionnels dans nos autres bureaux en Abitibi selon les besoins. Il y a une possibilité d'avoir un horaire de travail hybride, soit de travailler certaines journées à partir d'un bureau d'AEM et certaines journées en télétravail.
