**Northstar Frontier Services provides remote site services; catering, housekeeping and management to remote work camps for construction, railroad, mining projects in Canada and USA.**

**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
- At least three years of work experience in HR or a similar field
- Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, regulations, and trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain employee records.
- Manage employee benefits.
- Administer recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee relations and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations (Canada as well as provincial).
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Assist in the development of training programs for new and existing employees.
