Job Description:
 Join our elite sales force to elevate YSL Beauty, Prada Beauty, and Miu Miu within Sephora. Focus on sales, customer experience, and your expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Brand Advocacy:
     Achieve and surpass individual sales goals, embodying the sophistication of each brand.
  • Brand Training:
     Educate and inspire customers and beauty advisors on YSL Beauty, Prada Beauty, and Miu Miu's offerings through compelling training.
  • Customer Experience:
     Deliver personalized service, fostering loyalty and driving repeat sales.
  • Product Consultation:
     Use in-depth luxury product knowledge to recommend solutions and boost sales.
  • Event Execution:
     Collaborate on exclusive in-store events to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Communication:
     Provide feedback on sales and events to your Retail Sales Account Executive.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience:
     Prior luxury beauty sales experience, ideally in Sephora, with a passion for beauty.
  • Skills:
     Strong, persuasive communication and proven sales acumen to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Drive:
     Goal-oriented self-starter with an eye for beauty trends and a relentless drive for sales.
  • Adaptability:
     Resourceful, flexible, and effective in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
  • Availability:
     Must be available for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mobility:
     Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within a 50km radius (Niagara, South-Western Ontario, GTA-West, or GTA-East).
  • Physical:
     Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Tech-Savvy:
     Mobile device, reliable internet, and ability to submit timecards via app.
