Role Overview

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Account Manager
with
hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics
to manage client relationships and own digital performance outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of
strategy, data, and client communication
.

You will be responsible for translating marketing goals into measurable results, leading ongoing optimization discussions, and ensuring campaigns are performing against agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Own performance reporting and insights using
    Google Analytics (GA4)
    and
    Google Ads
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, and attribution data to guide optimization decisions
  • Lead regular client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients
  • Collaborate with internal specialists across Paid Media, SEO, and Analytics
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client business objectives and ROI targets
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and deliverables

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Proven, hands-on experience with Google Ads
    (Search, Display, Performance Max preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
    including events, conversions, and attribution
  • Experience preparing
    data-driven reports and dashboards
  • Ability to explain performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
