Position Overview:

We are looking for a professional Business Development Manager to help identify new projects, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and develop strategic plans to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and quantify new leads and business within the restoration building envelope sectors.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients' owners, engineers and strata's

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans and market initiatives to meet business objectives

· Collaborate closely with estimating and operations teams to prepare bids and proposals.

· Coordinate and attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions

· Track and report on market activity, opportunities, and competitor trends

· Support the company's marketing and brand initiatives

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, restoration, or related field

· Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Familiarity with building envelope systems is an asset

· Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

· Sales expertise with a results-driven mindset
