Lodge Maintenance, Cleaning & Setup Team

Seasonal Opportunities — Full-Time

Craigleith Ski Club is seeking reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our Lodge Maintenance and Cleaning Team for the 2025/26 winter season. This team plays a vital role in ensuring that our lodges are safe, clean, and welcoming for our members and guests.

Successful candidates will take pride in maintaining our facilities, setting up and taking down event spaces, and contributing to a positive member experience. These are hands-on roles requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to interact courteously with members and guests.

Available Position: Full-Time, Seasonal

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of lodges, washrooms, and common areas
  • Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and other equipment for club events and functions
  • Support snow and ice management around entrances and walkways
  • Perform light maintenance tasks and assist with lodge operations as required
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, following Club procedures
  • Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with members and guests

Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning, maintenance, or custodial experience considered an asset
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable interacting with members, guests, and colleagues in a courteous manner
  • Must be physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation required (public transit does not come to the Club)
  • Must have valid Driver's License

These are seasonal positions running from approximately December to April, depending on weather and operational needs.
