CSR- Commercial Bailiff Office
We are a Commercial Bailiff office specializing in Repossessions across British Columbia in accordance with various provincial and federal legislation.
Our ideal candidate is an assertive, quick learner who excels in a fast-paced environment and can juggle many tasks at once while staying organized.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Completing intake questionnaires
- Providing assistance to clients and greeting visitors
- Creating client files
- Booking appointments
- Responding to email inquiries
- Filling out forms
- Assisting various supervisors, managers and Bailiff's
- Coordinating with third-party vendors
- Processing payments
- Liaising with team members
- Other duties as required
Key Skills & Experience:
- 1 Year of prior sales, collections, customer service experience an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong computer proficiency and fast typing
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Resilient under pressure and professionalism in stressful situations
- Resourceful, assertive, and ethical
- Understanding of Google Suite an asset
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to read/write in a second language is a bonus
On-the-job training provided.
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Full-time
In-person at our Surrey location.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
