About the role:

Our RV Orientation Specialists do just that – they ensure our customers receive a top-to-bottom orientation of their new or pre-owned RV so they can make the most of their camping experience, by demonstrating features and answering customer questions. Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? If you have stellar customer service skills and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the place for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality, and we'll provide the support, tools, and training you need to help get people camping

As an RV Orientation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the unit is clean and prepared for our customers before their orientation
  • Demonstrating features, providing product recommendations, and answering customers' questions
  • Providing support to the service department as available and when required

The selected candidate must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, but not Sundays This is a casual position, perfect for someone who would like to be part of a team but is comfortable with varying hours. We offer our RV Orientation Specialists shifts as they become available, and they can accept or decline based on their availability.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • General knowledge of RVs and camping
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and moving through various RV units
