We are looking for a full-time, results-oriented Marketing Manager based out of our Edmonton office to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

**About the Role**
The Marketing Manager will plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance ArrKann’s brand presence and drive business growth. This role involves managing both digital and traditional marketing channels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and utilizing analytics to measure and refine strategies.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with external partners (SEO, paid digital ads, website management, media reps) to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze data from tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and drive informed decision-making.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with lead generation goals.
- Advise on creative strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all campaigns and platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure the effective allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital and traditional marketing.
**What You’ll Need to Be Successful**
**Must-Haves**
- Post-secondary education in related field an asset
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with expertise in digital and traditional media.
- Knowledge of best practices in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting and positioning
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting
- Avid social media user
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp).
- Valid driver’s license
- Passion for the outdoors and camping a strong asset.
- Have a background in working with data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors and an understanding of the RV lifestyle.
- Value teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Be eager to learn and stay updated on the latest marketing trends and techniques.
