Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, specially in high custom homes. The Electrician will work collaboratively with other tradespeople and contribute to various construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Attention to detail is a main priority
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure electrical installations align with project timelines and specifications.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problematic.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a high end custom homes setting.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects.
