Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Hamilton, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, providing logistics support, resolving client issues, and working collaboratively with the operations team to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, customer satisfaction, and account management experience
- Logistics, transportation, and supply chain knowledge
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and ensuring attention to detail
- Experience with CRM platforms or relevant tools is a plus
