We are currently hiring full and part time skid steer operators for the winter season. Experience is neccesary.

Donewell Property Services is looking for motivated individuals to work the 2025 / 2026 snow removal season. We are a growing company with a lot of opportunities.

Skills Required:

  • Efficently and effectly clear snow from all types of properties and parking lots
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 year doing commercial snow removal
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Ability to drive a truck and trailer

Hours of operation:

Night shift and day shift available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Optional Opportunities:

  • Running a sidewalk crew
  • Sanding parking lots and filling rock chip bins
  • Other shop duties

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
