Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Both new and seasoned brokers are welcomed. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing clients' insurance needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on both outside sales and retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice on suitable coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Stay updated on various insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
