Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Barrie, ON, for a TikTok Content Creator & Livestream Host. In this role, you will focus on creating engaging, entertaining, and authentic content for TikTok to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will host live streams, develop unique and creative content ideas, plan and execute video shoots, and collaborate with the broader marketing team. Additionally, you will actively interact with the audience during live streams, stay updated on TikTok trends, and strategize innovative ways to showcase Gnaw Labs products.

Qualifications

  • Content Creation and Video Production: Experience in short-form video creation, storytelling, video editing, and familiarity with TikTok's features and tools.
  • Social Media and Trend Analysis: Knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithm dynamics, and how to maximize reach and engagement on the platform.
  • Public Speaking and Engagement: Strong on-camera presence, effective communication, and the ability to confidently host live streams and interact with a live audience.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to generate unique content ideas, brainstorm innovative campaigns, and align with brand guidelines.
  • Adaptability and Organization: Strong time management, multitasking skills, and agility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in marketing and communications.
  • Passion for social media trends and male-focused consumer products is a plus.
