Job Summary: The Engage Foundation is seeking an energetic and creative Content Creator to join our team. The Content Creator will be responsible for filming, starring in, and producing engaging video content for our social media platforms, particularly short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about advocacy, comfortable in front of the camera, and skilled at creating authentic, relatable content that resonates with young people. The ideal candidate will help tell the Engage Foundation's story, amplify youth voices, and promote our mission of social justice and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Filming and Starring in Short-Form Videos:

2. Film and appear in short-form video content that highlights the Engage Foundation's initiatives, campaigns, and events.

3. Develop creative and authentic video concepts that capture attention and spark conversations around social issues affecting youth.

4. Ensure that videos are optimized for social media platforms and follow the latest trends to maximize reach and engagement.

5. Content Planning and Production:

6. Collaborate with the communications team to brainstorm video ideas and develop storylines that align with the organization's mission.

7. Manage the entire recording process to deliver high-quality videos that inspire action and reflect the Engage Foundation's values.

8. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and message across platforms.

9. Community Engagement:

10. Engage with the audience through comments, challenges, and collaborations to build a sense of community around our content.

11. Staying Current with Trends:

12. Stay up to date with social media and content creation trends, and experiment with new formats, styles, and ideas to keep our content fresh and innovative.

13. Proactively suggest content ideas that could enhance our social media presence and drive engagement with our target audience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in filming, producing, and appearing in video content for social media platforms.
• Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a youth audience.
• Familiarity with social media trends, particularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative ideas to life.
• Passion for youth advocacy, social justice, and inclusive storytelling.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
