Responsibilities:
- Maintain an upbeat, friendly and congenial personality while greeting, interacting and transporting guests to their destination
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed properly
- Effectively communicate, solve problems, and make decisions
- Maintain an accurate working knowledge of the city, streets and directions
- Provide a safe and comfortable ride for guests
- Monitor the maintenance of the bus including cleanliness, check-ups, oil checks and gas refills and to report any operating difficulties that may arise
- Respond properly in any emergency or safety situation
- Keep internal knowledge base updated with latest procedures & town events
- Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions
- Be knowledgeable in local activities and products
Skills:
- Class 1, 2 or 4 Unrestricted driver's license w/clean abstract
- We will train for a class 2 commercial license for the right candidates
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Calm, pleasant and helpful manner
- Organized, punctual and reliable
- Excellent driving skills and habits
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Be able to lift up-to 50 lbs (luggage)
- Comfortable with bending, pulling, pushing and stretching
