Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our team for breakfast and lunch service. If you have a passion for cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet our requirements, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

  • 5 years of kitchen experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knife skills: Proficiency in using various kitchen knives for food preparation.
  • Food handler certificate: Current and valid certification.
  • Ability to work under pressure: Handle high-volume orders efficiently.
  • Team player: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.

  • Attention to detail: Ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
