We're looking for a skilled Senior Line Cook to join our culinary team at Bar Prima. If you're passionate about Italian-inspired cuisine and eager to lead by example, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Execute high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and pride
  • Lead and support junior cooks during service, providing guidance and feedback
  • Communicate clearly with the Chef team to ensure smooth service and prep
  • Own your station—from setup and execution to end-of-day clean-down
  • Uphold standards of safety, sanitation, and kitchen professionalism
  • Assist with daily prep lists, inventory management, and kitchen organization
  • Help train new team members and foster a culture of accountability and respect

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen
  • Strong knife skills, plating technique, and understanding of culinary fundamentals
  • Calm under pressure, with a proven ability to lead or guide others in service
  • A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a respectful, high-performing kitchen culture
  • Culinary diploma or formal training is an asset
  • Food Handler Certification preferred
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
