We're looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on Paid Search. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and eager to learn. You'll help optimize our paid search campaigns (Google & Bing), analyze performance, and support cross-channel growth initiatives that drive online and in-store sales. What you'll do

  • Support the execution, optimization, and reporting of Google Search campaigns to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Assist with developing ad copy and conducting keyword research to improve campaign performance.
  • Assist with building Google campaign briefs and ensure our agency partners receive all required assets, messaging, and creative files on time.
  • Collaborate with our agency partner on the day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts, including creative updates, GMC (Google Merchant Center) image updates, and performance tracking.
  • Help analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with content marketing, copywriters, and designers to ensure paid search campaigns align with brand messaging and overall marketing goals.
  • Assist with A/B testing and creative strategy to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and search marketing trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the broader paid media strategy by sharing insights and supporting initiatives across Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms as needed.

Who you are

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must have Google Ads certification
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a focus on Google Search or PPC.
  • Familiar with key performance marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Merchant Centre.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) to analyze performance and track KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, high-performance marketing environment.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies or cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Experience or exposure to Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads or influencer marketing is an asset.

Additional Information

This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
