Position Overview
As a Door-to-Door Marketing Representative, you will introduce our painting services to homeowners in targeted Calgary neighbourhoods. Your goal is to generate qualified leads and help book appointments for our estimators. No painting experience is required — we will train you.
What You'll Do
- Visit assigned neighbourhoods to introduce ECP Painters
- Engage homeowners with professionalism and a friendly approach
- Identify homeowners planning to paint (interior or exterior)
- Gather contact information and schedule estimate appointments
- Track daily leads and communicate activity to our team
- Represent our brand with integrity and professionalism
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay: $18–$22/hour
- Commission: Up to $90 for every estimate successfully presented to the customer
- Bonuses: extra incentives for high-performing reps
- Paid training: scripts, coaching, and branded apparel provided
- Flexible schedule: 15–25 hours/week (evenings and weekends optional)

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to walk for extended periods
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
Compensation
- $18–$22/hour based on experience
- Up to $90 per estimate presented to the homeowner
- Additional performance-based bonuses(Potential to earn $25–$40+/hour with commissions and bonuses)
