Requirements
To ensure excellence for our team and our clients, candidates must have:
- Fluent English (communication is critical on-site and with clients)
- A reliable working vehicle
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Experience in professional painting (interior proficiency required; spraying experience is a strong asset)
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform standard job site tasks
- A strong sense of integrity, consistency, and follow-through
- A willingness to learn and grow within our structured training system
