We're looking for an experienced
Business Continuity & Resilience Analyst
with our client in the financial services industry to support technology and business teams in strengthening operational resilience and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role focuses on maintaining continuity of critical operations and managing information and operational risk across key initiatives.
Duration: 6 months
Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the contact for business continuity requirements within Group Functions Technology.
- Support continuity initiatives aligned with the organization's resiliency framework.
- Partner with process owners to identify and manage operational resilience risks.
- Lead and participate in projects ensuring continuity risk is addressed.
- Coordinate BC test planning, execution, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or Risk Management.
- Strong understanding of OSFI (B10 & E21) guidelines.
- Skilled with MS Office and BCM tools (Fusion, Archer, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- BCM certification (ABCP, CBCP, MBCI, or MBCP) preferred.
- Financial services experience is an asset.
