Responsibilities:

  • enter text and numerical data from documents, data sheets, and internet forms into the relevant digital records and data stores
  • Revise present data records when fresh details is received
  • Oversee and upkeep filing systems for reference materials and assets
  • Contribute to other administrative tasks like photocopying, faxing, and record keeping when required

Requirements:

  • Secondary education certification or comparable
  • Entry-level computer literacy skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and data entry software a plus
  • Ability to keyboard at least 35 WPM
  • Prior exposure with data transcription, customer service, customer care, sales, phone sales or scheduling
