About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, supporting various departments by ensuring timely and precise data input.

Key Objectives
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain data integrity by reviewing and verifying information.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing reliable data for reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into designated databases with speed and accuracy.
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies to ensure quality control.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records systematically.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues in data to management promptly.
- Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
