Plant Manager

A-1 Blasting Mats is looking for a Plant Manager to manage inventory, production and employees. We are looking for an individual who is proficient with computers, smartpones, tablets and can communicate well in English. We are looking for a motivator, with an attention to detail and a vision to seek out efficiencies for the company and it's workers.
Some of the roles and responsibilities to include:
-communicate and update Owners on production daily in conjunction with quality control reporting through software
-tracking of inventory
-management of tire pickups
-managing schedules
-tracking of all tire deliveries onto site and product shipments through software
-following policies, procedures, protocols, HR processes and health and safety standards
-ensuring all plant equipment is being inspected and serviced properly
-familiar with Excel and other office products, email etc.
-dependable, reliable with a clean record and provide Criminal Background check
-Regular shift 7-5pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
-Rate of pay is dependent on experience with opportunity for bonus and benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
