Front End Designer

  • 2 years of experience designing and enhancing web-based services.
  • 2 years of experience developing UX artifacts (scenarios, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
  • 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional Agile product team.

Nice to Have Experience

  • 2 years of experience building and maintaining component libraries/design systems.
  • 2 years of experience exploring multiple design solutions for features or problems.
  • 2 years of experience in production design for multiple digital devices (web, mobile, etc.).
  • 2 years of experience applying accessibility standards (including WCAG).
  • 2 years of experience using design thinking and modern UX methodologies.
  • 2 years of experience using front-end design tools (Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
  • 2 years of experience working as a Front End Designer on project teams.
  • 2 years of experience working in a public-sector digital office or similar environment.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $15.00-$51.55 per hour

Expected hours: 7.25 per week
