Role Description

This is a full-time, live-in, on-site role based in Brampton, ON, for a Building Manager Couple. The primary duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, such as managing facilities, handling maintenance and repairs, ensuring efficient budgeting, and fostering effective communication with tenants and stakeholders. Responsibilities also involve maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring the property operates smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Building Management and Facility Management (FM)
  • Proficient in Building Maintenance practices and procedures
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and team members
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight for property operations
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle diverse property management tasks
  • Ability to reside on-site and be available for urgent matters
  • Prior experience in property or building management is an asset
