En tant que Store Manager, vous dirigerez, encadrerez et inspirerez votre équipe afin de proposer aux client·e·s la meilleure expérience possible tout en veillant à ce que les membres de votre équipe se sentent inclus et soutenus. Vous utiliserez votre expertise en matière de vente au détail pour mener à bien les stratégies de croissance du magasin et créer d'autres opportunités de développement des partenariats communautaires. Partez du bon pied
- Au minimum six ans d'expérience dans les secteurs de la vente au détail ou de l'hôtellerie en contact avec la clientèle
- Au minimum quatre ans d'expérience dans la direction d'un magasin
- Expérience dans les opérations en magasin, la budgétisation, la planification, le service à la clientèle, la vente, et le management
- Maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office et des systèmes du secteur de la vente au détail
- Capacités physiques : pouvoir se pencher, s'accroupir, tendre les bras en l'air, monter à l'échelle et se tenir debout pendant des périodes prolongées, avec ou sans aménagements raisonnables
- Capacité à utiliser des outils pour résoudre des conflits, encadrer des employé·e·s et les conseiller
- Possibilité de travailler en soirée, les week-ends et les jours fériés si nécessaire
Vos responsabilités
- Avoir une personnalité enthousiaste et passionnée, bien connaître les produits et services NIKE
- Diriger votre équipe avec courage et cultiver l'environnement du magasin pour atteindre les objectifs de vente, de service, d'organisation, de satisfaction des client·e·s et de rentabilité, tout en appliquant les normes de sécurité et de fonctionnement
- Promouvoir un environnement propice aux performances et à l'implication de l'équipe, avec une culture de la reconnaissance et des récompenses
- Assurer l'excellence opérationnelle du magasin et mettre en œuvre les initiatives de marque, notamment les comptes de résultat, la gestion de la main-d'œuvre, les dépenses, les activations et les programmes
- Diriger l'équipe de votre magasin et améliorer les résultats commerciaux et indicateurs clés, notamment la budgétisation, la planification, un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle, les ventes, ainsi que la direction et le management
- Collaborer avec les partenaires de secteur sur des initiatives et programmes clés à l'échelle de l'entreprise

Putting Your Best Foot Forward
- Minimum of six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
- Minimum of four years of store management experience
- Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
- Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
