Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Montreal, QC. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing store performance, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also ensure that the store meets visual merchandising standards and provides customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to enhance the shopping experience
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and customer interactions
- Proven expertise in Store Management with a focus on operational efficiency
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard inventory and maximize profitability
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of vintage fashion or retail is an advantage
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
