Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide customer support through excellent phone etiquette and professional communication
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and timely responses to inquiries
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist, preferably in medical or dental settings
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy for handling various administrative functions
- Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$27.60 per hour
