Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies

  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to hotel standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
  • Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
  • Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
