Being a
Lead
is all about setting an example for our team and taking pride in demonstrating our CHP values. In addition to fulfilling the duties of Sales Associate/Photographer, you will continue to build your career as you help to create the magic behind the scenes and lead the team to success at your location.

Our Lead Will Also

  • Perform opening and closing duties at assigned location
  • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by District Manager/Regional Manager
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
  • Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed

  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable photos to take home

  • Photography experience not required

  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience

  • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
  • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
  • Operate POS system and photography equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • All other tasks as assigned

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

  • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently
