Deliver practical, solution‑oriented advise to clients. Zealously advocate for clients’ interests on every closing, balancing protection, efficiency and deal success. Maintain direct, high‑touch communication, phone calls and virtual face‑to‑face meetings with the staff and clients are the norm, not the exception. Translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable client guidance. Lead the real estate team, mentoring clerks to deliver consistent, top‑tier results. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to enhance quality standards, file workflows, and team accountability. Uphold our client‑centric culture, proactive, transparent, and always one step ahead of client needs. Business Development & Community Engagement (30%) Build and nurture referral networks through brokerages, lenders, and real estate professionals. Deliver seminars and workshops to brokerages, real estate teams, and investors, positioning Rabideau Law as a thought leader in the industry. Partner with marketing and operations to scale our virtual tech‑enabled client intake and service platforms. Champion firm visibility through social media, webinars, and client events that drive long‑term pipeline growth. What You Bring License in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO). 5+ years of experience in real estate law (residential + hopefully commercial, exposure to corporate/commercial transactions is a bonus.) A reputation for being solution‑oriented, client‑focused, and proactive. Confidence in managing clerks and files and building a team culture of excellence. Comfort using cloud‑based tools for document management, e‑signatures, and client communications. A genuine commitment to relationship‑based lawyering, connecting first by calling and emailing later.
