We are looking for a highly capable
Sales Executive
with deep knowledge of international freight forwarding. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by building and managing a strong portfolio of accounts, driving strategic new business, and guiding customers through sophisticated import/export challenges.

Salary:
$90,000+ plus commissions, car allowance, benefits and other perks

Sales Manager

What You'll Do

  • Acquire and grow high-value strategic accounts
  • Lead RFP responses, pricing strategies, negotiations & solution design
  • Own the full sales cycle with complete autonomy
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting & CRM accuracy
  • Build long-term executive-level customer relationships
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in global logistics (air/ocean, customs, routing)
  • Collaborate with Operations and leadership on major deals

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years in freight-forwarding sales (required)
  • Previous air/ocean freight, import/export experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English

  • Proven success closing complex, high-value opportunities
  • Strong pricing, margin, and contract negotiation skills
  • Exceptional consultative selling abilities
