Sales Development Representative

Your Role

As our first
Sales Development Representative
, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Rapidflare's reach across North America. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, helping to drive adoption of our AI-powered solutions. This role offers flexibility as hybrid or remote, depending on your preference.

What You'll Do

  • Outreach:
    Conduct outreach to targeted accounts and prospects, uncovering and qualifying opportunities through emails, social media channels like LinkedIn and occasional cold calling.
  • Communication:
    Clearly articulate Rapidflare's value proposition by understanding our products and how they address customer challenges.
  • Pipeline Building:
    Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by researching prospective clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , and others.
  • Leverage AI tools for Lead Generation
    : Use automation and AI tools for targeted messaging to customers via an omni-channel outbound campaign (LinkedIn, e-mail, cold-calling)
  • CRM Management:
    Accurately document all prospect interactions in tools like HubSpot or similar platforms to ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to create engaging campaigns and refine outreach strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    2 to 4 years of inside sales, lead generation, or related experience. Experience with US-based customers is highly preferred.
  • Communication:
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Familiarity with CRM platforms and other sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, , , Outreach).
  • Self-Starter:
    A motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment and takes initiative to achieve goals.
  • Research-Oriented:
    Skilled in prospecting and identifying high-value leads through research and data analysis.
  • Team Player:
    Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
