This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to lead a transformation.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the deployment of a best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply seamlessly.

Optimize Operations:

  • Leverage SAP and S/4HANA to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the supply chain.
  • Ensure accurate, efficient order management and fulfillment across all channels.

Lead with Accountability:

  • Own the supply chain budget, including procurement and logistics.
  • Partner with Finance to deliver monthly performance reporting and drive financial results.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business (Supply Chain Management designation or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in integrated supply chain roles within multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Mandatory expertise in SAP, S/4HANA, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Proven success in strategic sourcing, demand planning, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on operational excellence.

Benefits

Who You'll Work With:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Procurement.
  • Build strong relationships with key vendors and external partners.
Where You'll Work:
  • Primarily based in our corporate office, with occasional travel (up to 25%) to our plants, suppliers, and industry events across North America.
  • Safety is our top priority—whether in the office or on the shop floor. You'll lead by example, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
