About the Opportunity

At , we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That's why we're seeking a qualified Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Objectives

  • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Hubspot, cold calling, LinkedIn, and, email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

About you

Required

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Preferred

  • Proficiency with Hubspot
  • Prior experience as a Account Executive with a track record of achieving sales quotes
